User Obligations
You should be 18+ or get guardian consent to book
You should give correct information while making reservations
You should be present at the indicated site
Misuse of emergency services could result in permanent banning
Booking & Payment
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or SOS app
Please pay in full before or during service
We take UPI, card, and sanctioned payment gateways
We reserve the right to cancel reservations in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or nonavailability
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancel at least 1 hour prior to dispatch in order to qualify for refund After an ambulance/service has been despatched, refunds will not be made Refunds, when acceptable, are made in 7 working days Transaction fees might be charged
Service Limitations & Liability
We strive to deliver fast service but sometimes our service could be delayed because of traffic, inclement weather, police stops, or unexpected situations We are not responsible for any loss, death, or damage caused by unavoidable delays SaveLife cannot guarantee success in every medical emergency
